Night and day

Becoming Jane (2007), Julian Jarrold
It's ever so beautiful.

Saturday 21 November 2009

Fight Club (1999), David Fincher
No minímo, interessante.

Anchors Aweigh (1945), George Sidney

THE RAIN IN SPAIN STAYS MAINLY ON THE PLAIIIN!

Let's go back to the 40's

The Piladelphia Story (1940), George Cukor
It is just too perfect.

Cinema is everywhere! And a little bit more of fashion, madames.

Anuncio de Dolce & Gabbana: Rose The One com a madame Scarlett Johansson.

É moda e tem cinema! Tudo tem cinema!

The mean reds and the most marvelous thing

Holly Golightly: You know those days when you get the mean reds?
Paul Varjak: The mean reds, you mean like the blues?
Holly Golightly: No. The blues are because you're getting fat and maybe it's been raining too long, you're just sad that's all. The mean reds are horrible. Suddenly you're afraid and you don't know what you're afraid of. Do you ever get that feeling?
Paul Varjak: Sure.
Holly Golightly: Well, when I get it the only thing that does any good is to jump in a cab and go to Tiffany's. Calms me down right away. The quietness and the proud look of it; nothing very bad could happen to you there. If I could find a real-life place that'd make me feel like Tiffany's, then - then I'd buy some furniture and give the cat a name!

Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961), Blake Edwards

Radio Days (1987), Woody Allen

[Last lines]
Narrator: I never forgot that New Year's Eve when Aunt Bea awakened me to watch 1944 come in. I've never forgotten any of those people or any of the voices we would hear on the radio. Though the truth is, with the passing of each New Year's Eve, those voices do seem to grow dimmer and dimmer.

Aconselho a toda a gente fortemente.
